How long will my therapy process last?There is never a definitive answer to this question. Because every client is unique. The therapy processes of two different people who come with the same complaint may proceed differently. You decide with me the most appropriate therapy method for you and proceed accordingly. The goal is not to make you stick to therapy; Your goal is to end the therapy with maximum efficiency and apply it for the rest of your life.

How long do the sessions last?Therapy sessions last 50 minutes. As a therapist, I can extend this period if I deem it necessary.

Seansımı aynı gün içinde iptal edebilir miyim?Seansınızı en az 24 saat öncesinden iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir, bu bütün terapistlerin vazgeçilmez kuralıdır. Aynı gün içinde yapılan iptallerde danışan (kaza, ölüm, vb gibi durumlar dışında) seans ücretinin yarısını ödemekle yükümlüdür.

Will going to a psychologist be recorded on my record?Absolutely not. Your psychotherapy process is kept confidential in accordance with confidentiality principles and will not be recorded on your record.

Will I feel good after the sessions?Therapy sometimes brings emotional relief and understanding, but sometimes it means addressing difficult emotional issues. It is normal to feel good and bad. The important thing is to understand and manage these emotional changes as part of the therapy process. All of these emotions are part of your healing process.
